Ebook Pricing

The Ebook Pricing page is where you set the pricing for ebook versions of your book.

Cannot Edit?

If the book is currently publishing, you cannot make changes to the book's ebook prices. Also, if the book is an Ebook Bundle or Collaborative Project, you may not have permissions to update the prices. If you are unable to edit the prices you will see a warning at the top of the *Ebook Pricing page explaining this.

By default their are only two fields you are updating:

Field	Description
Retail	The USD retail price.
Automatic Foreign Pricing	Whether non-US prices should be figured automatically.

*Note: The retail price for Apple Books is always based on the USD retail price. Changes to Automatic Foreign Pricing here will have no effect.

If you wish to change the retail price, click the [Edit] button. If you disable Automatic Foreign Pricing then fields will appear for each currency your ebook can be sold in.

Published Books Are Automatically Updated

When you make a change to the Ebook Pricing all retailers your book is published at will be updated. You will be notified when changes are pushed to each retailer.
